METRO CAMPUS - EQUIPMENT SERVICES

Monday: 2:00pm to 6:00pm

Tuesday: 11:00am to 3:00pm

Wednesday: 11:15am to 12:00pm

Thursday: 11:00am to 3:00pm

Friday: 10:00am to 2:00pm

Please have your Student ID available.

VIDEO: Equipment is loaned out for a 48-Hour Period.
PHOTO: Equipment is loaned out for a 24-Hour Period.

If you can’t pick up and return the items at the posted times,
DO NOT BORROW EQUIPMENT.

Some equipment is restricted for use by students in an advanced class with a studio card, who have been approved for that piece of equipment.

Photo and Video equipment check-out procedure and rules

TO QUALIFY FOR PHOTO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT CHECK-OUT the student must:

Take the appropriate exam (photo or video).
Receive instruction on the specific equipment being checked-out.
Read and Sign the loan agreement form and obtain instructors signature.
Must be listed on the Qualified List for specific equipment.

CHECK-OUT RULES

Check-out ONLY during posted cage times
ALL equipment checked-out by students, adjunct and full time faculty MUST be done through the check-out system. Check-out can only be performed by “cage authorized” student assistants, Judy Mackenzie, Dave Brichford and Joe Koskovics & Gina Brinker at Metro campus.

Equipment is limited to: (note difference between Video & Photo!!)
- a 48 hr. check-out period for Video
- a 24 hr. check-out period for Photo
Equipment should be returned no later than 15 minutes before the close of the cage.
Equipment is shared by students college-wide METRO, EAST and WEST by various programs.
